SuperSport Let's Play

For the past few years the Supersport Let’s Play program has been targeted at Grade 4 pupils and in 2017 it will be extending this program to Grade 5 Pupils. The introduction of the BUFFALO Let’s Play BIKES4KIDS program now allows the program to be expanded to Grade 7 Pupils as well.

The objective is to support the national education agenda by promoting the compliance to mandatory Physical Education (PE) time in our Schools. PE is essential for the development of a healthy mind and body. Furthermore BUFFALO wishes to address student and community mobility and the development of young MTB talent.

BUFFALO will work closely with MTB Event owners to identify schools located in their sphere of influence who are eligible for support and through our partnership with SuperSport Let’s Play, BUFFALO will introduce Let’s Play and BIKES4KIDS to these Schools. We will be going to the existing 650 Schools currently supported by Let’s Play but also joining Let’s Play to support more Schools in support of Let’s Play’s target to reach 1500 Schools in 2017.

Schools will compete nationally based on lap times and talent identified for full Sponsorship by BUFFALO. These students will be provided with all the required equipment and entered into races nationally. They’ll be provided with professional skills training through the TREAD Skills Clinic ensuring they continue to develop as MTB Cyclists.
